Is it business as usual?
As we are an online business, we can continue to take orders and dispatch them to you right away. However, we have made some changes in the way we operate to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and staff. These changes are below -
As we are adjusting to life under Level 3, our dispatch team will not be in the factory all day, every day. However, we will endeavour to get your order dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment (we will not be allowing pickups during this time).
Once our team have your order ready to go, our amazing courier driver will collect this from the factory doors, there is no need for our team to come in contact with him or any other drivers. The courier company RHP uses, also has strict guidelines regarding the delivery of your items. More on this can be found on their website – www.pbt.co.nz

- Our office staff will continue to work remotely (from home). So please bear with us if you hear dogs barking and or noisy children in the background!
- We will only have two dispatch people on site at any given time. These team members will be following strict guidelines, including but not limited to social distancing (a minimum of 1 metre distance) and regular hand washing.
