Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to avoid mistakes in our catalogues, quotations and website. However, should any errors appear, we reserve the right to correct them.
Backorders
We do our best to keep adequate supply of merchandise on hand, but we sometimes temporarily run short of an item. Backorders will be handled as a new order and will carry freight charges
Shortages and Damaged Shipments
All shortages must be reported to RHP within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note, while we do our best to package everything as securely as possible, sometimes our freight is not handled with care. Before you sign for receiving delivery, please note the condition of the package first. If it looks rough or damaged in any way, please don't sign for it until you have checked the contents as receiving goods in this state waives our right to claim for damages. If your goods are damaged this must be endorsed on the consignment note or ticket POD (Proof of Delivery) upon receipt of delivery.
In order for us to lodge a claim the following must be provided -
Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging as well as photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
All claims must be lodged with RHP within 5 days of receiving package
Warranty Information
Quiet Glide Hardware - Limited Lifetime Warranty
Ram Hardware Products warrants to the original purchaser of the Quiet Glide Rolling Ladder Hardware (excludes wood products) that the product will be free from defeats in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, when given normal wear and proper usage. The warranty is only valid if the product:
Kiwi Home Collection Hardware - 2 year Warranty
Ram Hardware Products warrants to the original purchaser of the Kiwi Home Collection Hardware a 2 year warranty that covers the functionality of the products. This warranty does not cover finishes, cosmetic discoloration, damage, improper installation or normal wear. We will replace any part that fails to function properly with the return of the failed product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customers.
Outdoor Series - 2 year Warranty
Ram Hardware Products warrants to the original purchaser of the Outdoor Series Hardware a 2 year warranty that covers the functionality of the products. This warranty does not cover finishes, cosmetic discoloration, damage, improper installation or normal wear. We do not recommend the use of the Outdoor Series Hardware in areas where high winds and or ice build up is a possibility.
Ram Hardware Products liability under the above warranties, or in connection with any other claim relating to the product, is limited to the repair or replacement of the portion of the product that which was defective in material or workmanship.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, RAM HARDWARE PRODUCTS MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OR MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, OR OTHERWISE ON THE PRODUCTS, OR ANY PARTS OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE OR OTHER LABOUR FURNISHED.
Return Policy
Returning of Goods
All returned shipments must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Ram Hardware Products (RHP) before they are returned. Unauthorized returns will result in a delay in processing and may be refused.
Returns must be clean, in original boxes, un-assembled and in like new, sellable condition. Return freight cost must be paid by the customer. Obsolete, discontinued or clearance items cannot be returned.
Restocking charge will be applied as follows based on the date received back to RHP:
Within 30 days from the invoice date – 15% restocking fee
Within 31-60 days from the invoice date – 25% restocking fee
No returns will be accepted after 60 days
Special/Custom Orders:
Special/Custom ordered products are non-returnable unless goods are determined to be defective under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Credit
Allow up to 3 weeks to process and issue any credit once return is received and approved.

- Was operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, instructions, and any technical support directions.
- Was not modified or damaged by tampering, accident, disaster, abuse, misuse, alteration, repair, modification, a fix or replacement by someone other than the manufacturer.
- Third party products, other system components using or interacting with this product are not covered by this warranty.
Kiwi Home Collection Hardware - 2 year Warranty
